I'm a New Jersey attorney who built my practice around a simple belief: every worker deserves dignity, fairness, and a workplace free from discrimination and abuse. Growing up and building my career in this state, I've seen firsthand how hard people here work, and how devastating it is when an employer violates that trust. That's what compelled me to represent employees and injury victims: the opportunity to stand with people at their most vulnerable moments and make sure they're not silenced, ignored, or pushed aside.

My philosophy is straightforward. Clients deserve honesty, responsiveness, and an advocate who treats their case with the same seriousness they do. I take the time to understand each client's story, explain the process clearly, and build a strategy tailored to their goals. Whether it's a discrimination claim, harassment, retaliation, or a personal injury matter, I approach every case with preparation, persistence, and respect for the people who put their trust in me.
